Upstairs Downtown Mission:
There are many buildings in Downtown Belleville with vacant upper floors. These spaces have a central location, high visibility, complete community infrastructure, and are prime candidates for redevelopment. Upstairs Downtown supports owners in the reclamation and reuse of their vacant upper floors turning them into income-producing properties and will assist those wanting to live Downtown to find a loft, condo or apartment.
